About DYRÍGO
Direction without control.
DYRÍGO is an independent research studio. We exist because most organisations are judged by their processes and their own reports, and almost never by the experience they actually deliver.
The name says what we do. To direct is to set a course. Control is the illusion that you can steer every step along it. DYRÍGO works on the first and lets go of the second: you cannot control a complex organisation, but you can know — really know — what happens inside it and around it, and set direction from that.
Our instrument is ThinkLab. It investigates an organisation, a website or a customer journey from the outside in, the way a customer or a citizen meets it, and separates what is claimed from what is evidenced. We publish the evidence and the consequence. The method stays ours; a visitor should never have to understand our internal complexity to benefit from it.
